Our AI software products may include digital access, configuration, implementation or customization. Refund eligibility therefore depends on the nature and stage of the order.

Before work or access begins

If an eligible order is cancelled before digital access, customization or implementation begins, contact us promptly so the request can be reviewed.

After digital delivery or implementation begins

Once digital access has been supplied, license credentials have been issued, custom work has started or implementation resources have been committed, refunds may be limited or unavailable except where required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

Incorrect or defective delivery

If you receive the wrong product, cannot access a purchased digital product, or experience a verified delivery issue, contact us so we can investigate and provide a correction, replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Custom development

Custom projects may have separate milestones, acceptance conditions and cancellation terms stated in the relevant proposal, quotation or agreement.
